Lizzie is the Founder and CEO of Here’s Waldo Recruiting, a specialized technical recruiting firm that focuses on the video game industry. Her firm supports a diverse range of clients, from pre-seed startups to major AAA studios, and emphasizes quality, transparency, and diversity in its recruitment process. Lizzie and her team are dedicated to connecting people with their dream jobs while helping companies build world-class teams, with a personalized and high-touch approach that sets them apart.

In addition to her leadership at Here’s Waldo, Lizzie is an ambassador for Women in Games, a global organization dedicated to empowering women in the gaming industry. She also hosts The Here's Waldo Podcast, where she interviews industry leaders in gaming, AR/VR, and beyond, sharing their stories and insights.

Lizzie serves as a Board Member and Social Chair for the Seattle chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and is the Global Chair of Staffing and Recruiting. Before founding Here’s Waldo, she held key roles at Verticalmove, Inc., where she was a top performer in business development for the video game and AR/VR sectors. She began her career in sales at Nordstrom, consistently ranking in the top sales tier. Lizzie pursued her education through Running Start at Whatcom Community College.

Her passion lies in creating a transformative recruitment experience where both clients and candidates feel authentically valued, with a particular focus on diversity and building long-term value for her clients.
